Dr. Marko Seppä is Professor of Growth Venturing at JYU (invited for the 2007-2011 period), formerly Founding Director of eBRC (since 2001). In 1986-1996, Marko Seppä served in the venture capital industry, the latter half in emerging markets. Since 1997, he has served as a part time knowledge investor or “co-entrepreneur” in selected ambitious ventures. He holds an M.Sc. in Econ. from UTA and a PhD in Econ. from JYU, Finland

Ms. Jane Porter, Coordinator of EBRC and Project Manager of GVL jane.porter(a)econ.jyu.fi

Ms. Jane Porter is Project Manager of Global Venture Lab, acknowledged and funded, in 2008, as a University Alliance Finland Research Cluster of Excellence. Since 2008, as part of the GVL concept, Ms. Porter has served as a “student co-entrepreneur” in a globally growth-oriented alternative energy venture. She holds a B.B.A. from Carlton University, Canada, and is candidate for an M.Sc. in Corporate Environmental Management from JYU, Finland.
